We realize that the task of getting a home ready to sell can be overwhelming.  By taking advantage of our full-scale, hands-on consultation and staging services you will be provided with a manageable, step-by-step, prioritized assessment on updates to be completed and specific suggestions on how to rework your existing furnishings so that your home’s best features will be emphasized—inside and out.  Home Staged-Home Sold is dedicated to providing the best quality in home staging services by utilizing minimum investment for maximum appeal. 

HOME EVALUATION
Home Staged-Home Sold starts with a home evaluation to assess your individual needs and goals.  This consultation will take about 1-2 hours with the Home Seller, and preferably with the Realtor.   We will address the homes attractions, as well as any challenges.   At this time we will go over service packages that have been pre-designed for your convenience.  Of course, it will be our pleasure to design a plan that will meet your specific needs at a price your can afford.  We will strive to make your experience of selling your home go smoothly, quickly and as profitable as possible. 

CONSULTATION TO SELL
Consultations start with a complete and thorough walk-through giving you a detailed analysis of your home’s special needs.   We will spend either a half day or full day personally staging the home.  We will be working off of a detailed list (to be given to the homeowner as well as the  Realtor)  to ensure that each rooms potential is maximized.  The home stager will spend the allotted time working on each of the home’s Main Living Areas (foyer, formals, kitchen/breakfast, family room, and master bedroom/bath) to ensure your homes potential to the “buyer’s eyes”.  Of course, other rooms can be added for your convenience.

NEW LISTING OR OPEN HOUSE WEEKEND
This service is perfect for all your new listings in order to make a great first impression!  We will spend two full days prior to that listing weekend transforming the house into a buyer’s dream.  We will be working off a detailed walk-thru work sheet.    

OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE: 
REDESIGN, PERSONAL SHOPPING, AND MOVE-IN DECORATING.   ALSO, Home Staging and Redesign Gift Certificates make great gifts for housewarmings or any other special event.
